When the session ends, you will be in a very relaxed quiet place. You don’t want to have to go anywhere loud and boisterous after. You will want to relax and digest the experience.
Wear comfortable clothes. You won’t want to be encumbered by a lot of jewelry. Refrain from drinking coffee or having a heavy meal before the session. You might want to bring a snack to eat in the car on the way home to nourish and ground yourself.
Bring a list of questions. It is best to think about these a few days in advance. New ideas my come to you as you approach the day of the session. Often new questions arise from the conversation and they can be included. Include a list of any physical issues you are experiencing. Very often these sessions result in a relief of these problems or direction or advice in better ways to deal with them.Do not bring anyone with you to the session. These sessions are strictly between you and your practitioner and the highest levels of confidentiality are maintained.
