Cancellation Policy 

A 24-hour cancellation policy means that clients need to notify the therapist at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. If they fail to provide this notice, they may be charged a fee, which could be a portion of the cost of the session. This policy helps us to manage our schedules effectively and ensures that we can fill any openings caused by cancellations with other clients. This is a common practice in the industry in order to protect our time and income.

What if I’m late?

We pride ourselves on starting and ending on time. Unfortunately, if you arrive late, your session will still end on time in consideration of the next guest.

As a courtesy to our other guests and staff, appointments will be automatically canceled 15 minutes after the scheduled start time and charged according to the cancellation policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advance notification of your late arrival.
